Hava Ridge Jasper Necklace

A beautiful Hava Ridge Jasper, a relatively new Jasper that was discovered in 2021 in Oregon in coastal forested land. (see NOTE  below). The stones colors are shades of green depending on the light.  Since I live in Oregon I had to buy one of these beauties!  

Setting measures 1-1/2” wide x 1” tall and has a sterling silver “paperclip” chain, and measures 17” from end to end including my hook clasp.  I can also add a 2” extender if requested in a note during checkout.  Back is stamped with my makers mark and sterling.  All silver is sterling and has been given a dark patina and polished back.  Handmade with love in my Oregon studio. 

NOTE:  This new Jasper from Oregon was just discovered in the fall of 2021! What started as a family rockhounding hobby turned into an incredible discovery. One day on a hike the miner, Nic noticed a colorful green vein and followed it up to discover this new Jasper. With verdant green colors matching the coastal forests and lichen patterns this beautiful gemstone is sure to become a favorite. Fun This gem was named after his two daughters, Hailey and Ava.
