The Wolf and the Moon

This piece started out to be only a moon phase pendant.  But I remember I had this quote in my stash for another piece sometime ago and thought my wolf should be part of this.  When I was doing the patina bath it made his eyes a golden color.  I decided to leave them that way and polished back the rest of the piece to show details. The pendant measures just over 3-1/2” long from top of the bail and 1” wide.  The beautiful Moonstone has a blue flash in the right light.  I gave the silver a heavy texture on the front and an etched vine on the backside.  It will come to you on an 18” sterling silver chain with my signature hook and eye clasp.  The backside is stamped with my makers mark and sterling.  Handcrafted by me with love in my Oregon studio.
