Double Stone Necklace

This double stone necklace is BIG and BADASS!  The larger stone is Larsonite, also known as Gary Green jasper. It’s a petrified bogwood found in the McDermott area on the Nevada/Oregon border. Its bright colors and patterns make this a unique material. The majority of the material is usually green and blue but also contains various other colors such as pinks, oranges and browns. The smaller stone is Aqua Oro Variscite, which is found in Nevada. 

The setting hangs 2-1/4” from the ring on the piece of sterling silver square pattern wire and measures 1-5/16” at widest point on the big stone. Both stones are set on a sterling silver backplate that has been highly textured.  Backside has my makers mark and sterling. It will come to you on a sterling silver chain and you pick the length from ring to ring on the wire bar, including the hook and eye clasp. Just send me a message what length you would like. All silver has been given a dark patina and polished back to show details.  Hand crafted with love in my Oregon studio.
