Amethyst Dragonfly

A gorgeous Dragonfly waiting for spring flowers to bloom. A faceted deep purple Amethyst set in fine silver above a sterling silver dragonfly, layered onto another piece of sterling silver for strength. The bail is a cast twig with two soldered rings for chain to thread through. Backside of pendant is stamped with my makers mark and sterling. a top tier setting on thick sterling silver pattern wire. The 18" sterling silver chain closes with my signature hook and eye clasp.  Pendant hangs 2-1/8" from the double wire bail and is about 2" across the wings.  All silver was given a darker patina to highlight the details. A great statement piece for a dragonfly lover.  Made with love in my Oregon studio.
